SERVICE REQUEST

Before a Service Request is filled out, it is important to determine if your home is still covered under a warranty. Heritage West provides a standard one year Limited Warranty on all homes it builds which covers the home for twelve months from date of closing. Some homes Heritage West builds also have an Extended Warranty issued by an outside third party warranty company. This program extends the warranty for a longer period of time for certain items and under specific conditions based on the third party warranty agreement. This Extended Warranty agreement would have been called out in the Purchase Agreement and the warranty package given to you at close of escrow. Before you submit a service request, please check your records to determine the closing date of your home and whether your home was covered under the extended warranty program.
