Heritage West developed its’ first industrial building in 1984. At that time the Company was primarily focusing on suburban residential subdivisions, but in the early 1990’s that emphasis shifted to development of in-fill commercial and industrial projects in San Diego and Phoenix Arizona. Most projects have been new, ground up development where the completed asset is held for long term investment.
