HERITAGE WEST DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Heritage West generally develops properties for its own account, but has also worked as a development consultant or project manager for other property owners in the development of commercial, residential and community facilities. A list of the development services that can be provided are as follows:
Joint Venture Development
Joint ventures can be flexibly structured to suit the specific needs of the investor or property owner involved. In most cases, Heritage West will act as the managing general partner in a limited partnership or as the manager in a Limited Liability Companies (LLC).
Project Management
A property owner or investor can contract with Heritage West to act as a project manager for development of the property. That initial involvement can begin during the feasibility phase prior to property purchase or at any time after the property is acquired. Heritage West can manage all aspects of the project from acquisition through consultant selection, planning, design, entitlements, permitting, land development, building construction and the sale or leasing of the property.
Development Consulting Services
Heritage West can provide a wide range of development and real estate consulting services for property owners, lenders or related companies. Services include initial project feasibility analysis, political / entitlement review, planning / design input and general product marketability.
