HW Modular Building System
Heritage West is currently developing a steel modular building system for use in mid-rise construction. Several unique components of the system have patents pending. The system is designed for quick, cost effective construction of apartments, condominiums, office buildings and hotels in mid-rise configurations up to six floors or 70’. The steel framework and other components are built and finished in a factory then shipped to the jobsite and lifted into place. The system is ideal for mid-rise construction in densely populated urban in-fill locations. Buildings can be completed in less than half the time of conventional construction. Modular units are of a size and configuration compatible with shipment by truck, train or cargo ship for potential delivery worldwide.
