Ryan Gad, Vice President
Ryan Gad has been a member of Heritage West’s development team since 2007. Prior to joining Heritage West, Ryan honed his skills in marketing and investor relations while working in the Special Projects Division of Dreamwork’s SKG. Shortly after leaving Dreamwork’s in 2006, Ryan decided to make a life transition from the entertainment business in Los Angeles to real estate development. He moved back to his home town of San Diego working part time at Heritage West while attending graduate school. During his 3 years of graduate studies at the University of San Diego (USD), Ryan obtained two masters degrees, a Masters in Real Estate Development (MSRE) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). With these programs now behind him, and his in depth knowledge of the industry’s latest tools and trends, Ryan has become a vital member of Heritage West’s development team.
At Heritage West, Ryan is responsible for land acquisition, product design, development feasibility and various financial functions.
